Meet the Noi Team

Kristine combines a rich background in economics (NHH and Bocconi), media studies, strategy, leadership, and digital transformation. Her passion for connecting cultures is perfectly complemented by her husband, Emanuele, whose years of commercial leadership experience and Italian heritage bring even more depth to their partnership.

Together, they share a love for cultural exchange, the beauty of Italian and Norwegian traditions, and an appreciation for discovering exceptional Italian wines.

With a vision to unite the best of both Italy and Norway, they founded Noi.

Maremma

Maremma is one of Italy’s best-kept wine secrets, and we’ve chosen to specialize in this unique and dynamic wine region located in the far southwest of Tuscany. With Mediterranean breezes, sunny days, and cool nights, the area offers ideal conditions for winemaking. Here, tradition meets modern craftsmanship. Over the past decades, the region has undergone a quiet revolution and is gaining increased recognition for its high-quality wines and innovative producers. Thanks to a focus on quality and continued investment, Maremma is now considered one of the most exciting wine regions in Italy.

Maremma is a region undergoing strong development, known for terroir-driven wines with both soul and gastronomic versatility. From juicy, fresh, and structured Sangiovese wines to elegant expressions of international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot. When it comes to whites, the region offers fresh and mineral-driven wines made from Vermentino and the local grape Ansonica.

Maremma is perfect for those who want to explore the authentic Tuscany through local wines with compelling stories. From the elegant and classic to the juicy and modern. The region continues to attract more and more quality-focused producers who harness the warm yet balanced coastal climate to craft wines with ripe fruit, freshness, and a strong sense of place. We look forward to showcasing Maremma as an attractive and dynamic wine region representing the “new” Tuscany, with a wide range of exceptional wines.

Alongside the wines from Maremma, we also wish to introduce traditional Tuscan quality through the white wines from the tower city of San Gimignano. Vernaccia di San Gimignano is one of Tuscany’s most prestigious white wine regions and was the first white wine in Italy to receive DOC status—later upgraded to DOCG. The wines are made almost exclusively from the traditional Tuscan Vernaccia grape and are known for their crisp acidity, elegant style, and complex aromas of apple, citrus, pear, and white flowers. Vernaccia di San Gimignano wines are versatile with food, yet also wonderful on their own, thanks to their balanced structure and freshness.
